Position: QA Tester
Position Location: Heraklion, Crete
Cloud Services Company (Oxygen Pelatologio) is searching for a meticulous and analytical professional with a background in software testing.
Cloud Services (Oxygen) company is one of the certified companies by AADE to provider electronic invoicing in Greece (myDATA). Through its Saas software, Oxygen Pelatologio (oxygen.gr), which is a business software CRM/ERP, it particularly focuses on electronic invoicing, cloud cashier/POS, online payments, e-shop integrations, and the broader management of businesses.
The Company has its headquarters in STEP-C at the Foundation of Research and Technology Park (FORTH) in Heraklion, Crete.
The ideal candidate for this role should be proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality of software products.
Responsibilities:
● Designing, developing, and executing test plans and test cases for our web (SaaS) products.
● Identifying, recording, and tracking bugs to ensure product quality.
● Collaborating with development teams to understand product functionality and performance.
● Conducting regression testing to ensure resolved issues do not affect existing functionalities.
● Participating in requirement and design review meetings to provide feedback from a QA perspective.
● Performing load and stress testing to ensure the stability and performance of the software.
● Automating repetitive test cases to improve efficiency and coverage.
● Documenting test processes and creating detailed test reports.
● Assisting in the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures.
Requirements:
● BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
● Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role.
● Experience in writing test scenarios, acceptance criteria and test strategy plans.
● Experience in test automation and in QA methodology.
● Experience in HTTP APIs and classic web application testing using proven tools like Selenium, QTP, LoadRunner.
● Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.
● Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
● Strong organizational and communication skills.
● Attention to detail.
● Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
Additional Experience
● Experience with other eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, OpenCart or Magento is a plus.
● Experience with creating video tutorials and user guides is a plus.
Nice To Have
● Basic knowledge of versioning control system (Git)
● Familiarity with databases (MySQL, MariaDB)
● Experience in SaaS products and services.
● Knowledge of business software CRM/ERP systems.
● Knowledge of cloud cashier/POS systems, online payments, and e-shop integrations is desirable.
● Familiarity with cloud services and electronic invoicing
