Position D: HR Generalist & Office Manager

Position Location: Heraklion, Crete

Type: Full Time/Part Time

Description

Oxygen (Cloud Services PC), licensed for Electronic Invoicing from AADE, with headquarters in the Foundation of Research and Technology Park (FORTH) in Heraklion, Crete, is looking for an HR Generalist & Office Manager. Oxygen was founded in 2017 in Greece and we are changing the electronic invoicing industry in Greece.

Responsibilities

  • Map and create HR policies and processes
  • Manage and communicate HR policies and practices to employees and management team
  • Engaged in strategic decision-making regarding organizational design and structure
  • Create and manage employee on-boarding and off-boarding process
  • Liaise with the Finance Dept. to ensure that the payroll process is handled appropriately
  • Responsible for the creation of the company's HR framework (Organizational Chart, Performance Management, Job Grading, Internal Regulation, etc.).
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
  • Plan and prepare company events and team building activities
  • In charge of the HR budget and ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Implement the feedback process by guiding the management team on best practices focusing on the behavioral aspect of the employees based on the team values of the company
  • Actively participating in shaping and maintaining the company’s Culture and aim to constantly improve the working environment by taking a proactive approach, to ensure employee retention.
  • Coordinate company's Compensation & Benefits program and policies while setting up the basis on the overall reward strategy
  • Prepare quarterly budgets while following monthly audits and creating reports of the expenses
  • Manage contracts and relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlords, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Executive Assistant tasks, handle phone calls, meetings, business trips etc

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in the field of Economics, Business, Management or International Relations
  • Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Experience in Human Resources or Inclusion and Diversity is a plus 
  • Ability to be discreet, use good judgment and maintain confidential information 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with great judgment 
  • Team-player and proactive and proficient problem-solver 
  • Proficiency in Trello and Google Suites (Gmail, docs, calendar) 
  • Ability to work well under pressure, and perform daily duties with minimal supervision 
  • Prioritize multiple concurrent assignments and daily tasks/projects and adjust as needed
