Position Location: Heraklion, Crete
Oxygen Pelatologio is searching for skilled and talented customer support specialists to manage the incoming phone calls and tickets of our organization’s web products and services (SaaS).
Oxygen Pelatologio is one of the first companies certified by AADE to provide electronic invoicing in Greece (myDATA). Through its SaaS platform, Oxygen Pelatologio (oxygen.gr) offers a CRM/ERP solution, specializing in electronic invoicing, cloud cash registers/POS, online payments, e-shop integrations, and business management.
Oxygen’s headquarters are in STEP-C at the Foundation of Research and Technology Park (FORTH) in Heraklion, Crete.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent communication skills, positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.
Responsibilities:
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from potential customers, ensuring timely and professional communication
- Presenting and explaining Oxygen’s SaaS solutions in a clear, consultative, and value-driven manner
- Understanding each prospect’s business needs and challenges in order to recommend the most suitable Oxygen products and service packages
- Preparing and sending tailored offers and proposals based on customer requirements
- Collaborating closely with the Customer Support, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and offered solutions
- Providing support to the Customer Support team during peak workload periods or major system upgrades, when needed
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and comfort with telephone communication
- Previous experience in customer support, commercial, or accounting sector is an asset.
- Strong communication skills in English
- Good knowledge of computer operation including Word / Excel & familiarity with web and email
- Strong sense of teamwork and cooperation.
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Mathematics field or previous experience in the above fields would be an asset
