Position: Office Administrator
Position Location: Heraklion, Crete
Cloud Services Company (Oxygen Pelatologio) is searching for a highly organized and proactive individual with excellent communication skills.
Cloud Services company is one of few Certified myDATA Providers from AADE and running Oxygen Pelatologio SaaS software (oxygen.gr) which is a business software CRM/ERP focused mainly at e-invoicing, cloud cashier/pos, online payments, eshops integrations and business management.
The Company has its headquarters in STEP-C at the Foundation of Research and Technology Park (FORTH) in Heraklion, Crete.
The ideal candidate for this role must be able to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a positive and productive working environment. Possess strong attention to detail and a strong ability to seamlessly support administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
● Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office to ensure that the office operates smoothly.
● Organize and maintain office common areas, such as conference rooms, kitchens, and reception areas.
● Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
● Perform reception duties: greet visitors, handle general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate person or department
● Managing and maintaining diary planning and coordination, making appointments and co-ordinating internal and external client meetings
● Travel management, booking transport, accommodation and producing detailed itineraries.
● Provide administrative support to executives and other team members as required
● Order IT and other equipment and perform day to day troubleshooting
● Assist in the planning and coordination of company events, meetings, and conferences
● Assist in onboarding new employees, including paperwork, office setup, and orientation
● Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
● Education in business administration or related field preferred will be considered as an asset
● Advanced knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office and Excel, in particular
● Strong organizational and planning skills.
● Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
● Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills both Greek and English (in writing, and orally)
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
