Position S01: Sales & Business Development Associate (BDA)

Cloud Services Company (Oxygen Pelatologio) is searching for skilled and talented people in Business Development, to join a super excited vision on Creating Inclusive Technologies for all businesses!

Cloud Services company is one of few Certified myDATA Providers from AADE and running Oxygen Pelatologio SaaS software ( which is a business software CRM/ERP focused mainly at e-invoicing, cloud cashier / pos, online payments / checkout, eshop integrations and business management.

The Company has its headquarters in STEP-C at the Foundation of Research and Technology Park (FORTH) in Heraklion, Crete. Additional office space is also available in the city centre of Heraklion.

Your duties will include Sales and Business Development Planning, Customer Relationships and Competitor Analysis.

The ideal candidate for this role must have proven business development and sales experience in the business software industry, excellent communication skills with customers and team members as well as good task management and critical thinking skills.


  • Crafts, organises, and expands a network of productive relationships with a specific tier of our customers
  • Develop a growth strategy together with leadership team and lead the execution
  • Work closely with Product and Design team in defining requirements and specifications for current or future company projects and services
  • Conduct research to identify new market opportunities with partners to increase customer experience in the day to day real world
  • Create business proposals or presentations and lead the customer experience


  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills in Greek and English (B2 and above)
  • Ability to manage customer relations and multiple accounts
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Highly motivated, responsible, results oriented Keep-learning mentality
  • Understanding of how to manage priorities and great attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Team player and problem solver
  • Both creative and analytical mindset
  • 2 years working experience in related roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Slack, Notion

Additional experience that counts (but not required):

  • University degree
  • Experience in costing and pricing
  • Work experience with a SaaS company
